Returns
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, with the tag attached, and in their box) within 30 days of your order's ship date. In-person returns to any of our stores* or a participating Happy Returns location are free. Mail-in returns have a $5 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund.
When can I expect my refund?
Returns typically take one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date of receipt. We will send you an email once we receive your return package and another to confirm that your refund has been fully processed. If you have waited more than three weeks without receiving our email, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I initiate a return?
Once a return has been requested, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and we have completed the necessary checks, we will refund the money.
